Basil Fawlty

I went to all my favorite places today - Staples, Bed, Bath and Beyond, the Container Store and two fucking Kinkos where there were:

a. no staples in the copier in the first which is an issue if you are making 30 copies

b. no functioning self-serve copiers in the second

As the guy at Old Navy said “Why do they exist?”
